Mobility grants

To encourage mobility, ESADTPM offers various forms of financial assistance.

ERASMUS +

LStudents, teachers and staff taking part in an Erasmus+ programme can receive aid from the Erasmus+ France agency. The grant is available to students doing an internship or a semester abroad, as well as to teachers and staff working in an approved establishment.

Grant rates for 2025-2026

Short-term physical mobility

Students taking part in a short-term physical mobility activity to all destinations receive a basic amount of €79 per day up to the 14th day of the activity and €56 per day from the 15th to the 30th day of the activity + funded travel days.

Students with fewer opportunities participating in a short-term physical mobility activity receive a financial supplement, which is added to the basic amount of the contribution to subsistence costs, amounting to €100 for a physical mobility activity lasting from 5 to 14 days and €150 for an activity lasting from 15 to 30 days.

• The financial supplement for internships does not apply to short-term mobility students.

Long-term physical mobility

• Basic amount for the mobility of long-term students for the purposes of studies and placements in EU Member States, Third Countries associated with the programme and Third Countries not associated with the programme in regions 13 and 14, with the exception of students from the outermost regions and overseas countries and territories.

The ‘distance travelled’ represents the distance between the place of origin and the place where the activity takes place, while the ‘amount’ covers the contribution to the return journey to and from the place where the activity takes place.

80% before arrival at the host establishment.

20% on departure from the host establishment (with proof of attendance).

PRAME

PRAME (Programme Régional d’Aide à la Mobilité Internationale Etudiante) is a grant from the Sud region awarded on the basis of social criteria. It cannot be combined with the ERASMUS+ grant. This grant is also valid outside the Erasmus+ programmes and is therefore open to a larger number of beneficiaries. This grant is awarded to students doing an internship or a semester of study abroad.

Method of payment

80% before arrival at the host establishment.

20% on departure from the host establishment (with proof of attendance).

AMI

The Minister for Culture has decided to extend the benefit of international mobility assistance (AMI) to all areas of higher cultural education (ESC) for grant-holders wishing to undertake higher education abroad as part of an exchange programme or international internships. This training or internship must be part of their course of study. Worth €400 a month, applications from students wishing to undertake international mobility will be examined by a panel of experts according to objective criteria.

80% before arrival at the host establishment.

20% on departure from the host establishment (with proof of attendance).

OFAJ

The Office Franco-Allemand pour la Jeunesse supports young people with fewer opportunities under the age of 31 to study in Germany. The grant amounts to €300 per month, plus a flat-rate sum for travel expenses. The application must be made directly to the l’OFAJ- please consult their website for more information.

OFQJ

The Office Franco-Québécois pour la Jeunesse (OFQJ) helps students to carry out an internship in Quebec. The l’OFQJ offers a grant of up to €200 for young people under 35. Applications must be submitted directly to the OFQJ - please consult their website for more information.

CROUS

International mobility grants can be combined with CROUS grants.
